Membership Policies and Cancellations

Missed Class and Class Cancellation Policy

A $10 automated fee is applied to accounts for class reservations cancelled less than 60 minutes prior to a reserved class. The same fee is applied to any member who reserves a class but does not attend or cancel prior to 60 minutes ahead of the class.

Failed Payment Fee

A $20 processing fee will be applied for any failed monthly payment.

Membership Hold Policy

Members can put their membership on hold for up to 3 months, after which the membership will be re-activated.

10 pack passes

All 10 pack passes have a 3 month expiry from date issued

Membership increases

A 3% membership increase is applied on all unlimited memberships annually on Sept 1st
