FORGE BURN is a cardio-resistance training class designed to improve your fitness through high intensity workouts and metabolic fat-burning. This boot-camp style class will focus on simple movements using body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells – no barbells! No experience or skills required, just the willingness to work hard and SWEAT.
