Okay today’s tip is pretty simple but very important: Phrase each goal as something POSITIVE to gain or achieve or be, like “I am…I will…I have…” (instead of stating them as something to quit or lose or stop). Give your mind and heart something POSITIVE to attach to or to move towards (instead of away from). This also enables your subconscious mind to connect to it more strongly and actually pursue it like a homing device!
