GOAL-SETTING TIP #4:
Write down your goal in PAST TENSE – as if it’s already happened / already accomplished. Then spend time visualizing it DONE and thinking about what that will LOOK like and FEEL like when it is achieved. The more detail in your imagination, the better, so take your time dreaming it! Make it as REAL in your mind as possible.

Why? This will engage the power of your subconscious mind to keep pulling you towards actually achieving it! By convincing your subconscious mind that it’s already happened, you can reduce a lot of fear, negative thinking, and self-sabotage because “you’ve already been there”.

Fact is you still have to roll up your sleeves and do the hard work, but this will give you increased mental power to KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
